A new version of the PlayStation Vita will be released later next month. The new Vita is called the Vita PCH-2000 and will be 15 percent lighter and 20 percent thinner than the original Vita model. The battery life on this new version will also be one hour longer for all the gamers out there that like to have long grinding sessions. Other improvements to the Vita include a micro-USB charger, 1 GB of dedicated onboard storage, and LCD screens. The Wi-Fi only Vita PCH-2000 will be coming to Japan on October 10th for the price of 18,980 yen, or $190.
